FAQ Ultrasound-Cavitation

The device does not emit ultrasounds.

Control: Check the device connection with the ultrasound head.

Solution: If the problem persists, contact the Customer Service.

The display shows 'No contact'.

Control: Check that there is enough gel between the head and the skin.

Solution: Put more Globus gel on the part that is being treated during the session. If the problem persists, contact the Customer Service.

The display shows 'No contact'.

Control: Check that the device emits the ultrasound flow by pouring some water drops onto the head in order to see whether water vibrates.

Solution: If the problem persists, contact the Customer Service.

The display shows 'No contact'.
Control: Check the calibration of the head after switching on the device. Connect the handpiece with clean head in order to carry out the calibration properly.
 

Solution: If the problem persists, contact the Customer Service. 

The display shows 'No cable'.

Control: Check that the head is connected to the central unit properly.

Solution: If the problem persists, contact the Customer Service.

The display shows 'hot'.
Control: Check the power set by the user.
Control: Check the gel quantity on the handpiece head.
Control: Decrease the power set – increase the quantity of gel between the head and the skin.

Control: Do not hold the handpiece still on the skin: move it clockwise and anti-clockwise on the area to treat.

Solution: If the problem persists, contact the Customer Service.

The calibration led lamp does not turn on.
Control: Check the head calibration.
Control: Check the changeable treatment power.
Control: Connect the device handpiece with clean head.
Control: Switch the device on and wait for the auto-calibration procedure.

Control: Increase the power of the chosen treatment.

 

Solution: If the problem persists, contact the Customer Service.
The display shows 'Wrong head'.

Control: Check that the head is connected properly to the central unit.

Solution: Connect the head to the central unit paying attention to connect it properly.
